Millennials reign. Females dominate strongly. The average professional profile of the studied sample is adequate and following the global professional standards. However, almost 1/3rd (32 %) of the individual studied cases show lack of previous managerial experience.
OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY
The study aims to collect and interpret data, related to the demographic profile of the people, managing the workforce in companies, operating in Bulgaria. The HR management’s role in modern business is crucial: the HR managers are responsible for the people – the most valuable asset of every company and control to a large extent people’s lives inside and indirectly outside the organizations. HR executives collaborate actively with the company’s CEOs in the organization’s strategy planning and implementation. Therefore, the qualification, skills and experience of the HR managers, represented in their demographic profile, form a significant topic for our empirical research.
